HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Despite the looks on the faces of some of our younger party goers, we really did have a good time at Jody's house for New Years Eve. We had an ice cream sundae party (Tory's brilliant idea) and played cards.

New Years Resolutions

Well, I have been thinking lately about my New Years Resolutions. I can only remember one resolution I made last year and that was to be a full tithe payer and I am happy to say that I accomplished it. I know that the year before I made the resolution to send a birthday card to all my siblings and their spouses and I think I did alright, but I am not sure it was a complete success. Maybe if I put mine down on paper this year (or on-line) I'll be more likely to accomplish them and remember them. Maybe if I post them where everyone can see them and hold me to them I'll be more successful this year. So check out my New Years Resolutions section of my blog. It's over there on the left hand side with all my other misc stuff. And to those of you who have also made resolutions this year - good luck!

Monroe Visit

Justin and I got to go spend New Years Eve and the proceeding weekend in Sevier County with my family.
I was fortunate to snap this adorable picture of Bethany.

Here is Talmage with one of his favorite Christmas presents – it’s a remote control robot and it is very cool!

Sam was walking around one morning in his pj's with a severe case of bed head. He was just so cute that I couldn't resist getting a picture of him. This one makes me giggle everytime I see it.

Hiro got tangled up while we were at my parents house. I had to walk out onto the front lawn to get him untangled and Justin's shoes were the closest I could find. I slipped them on and went out to rescue Hiro. Justin thought I looked pretty silly so he snapped this photo of me wearing his big shoes.

New Camera

I got a new camera for Christmas this year. Nothing really fancy, but it has a few really cool features that I am excited to learn how to use. This is the first picture I took with my new camera. My cute Hiro. Now that I have a new camera I am feeling some pressure to start taking more pictures. And I am hoping that with this new camera my photos will also be better.
